INBOUND B2B SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our client is a leading organisation that was established to provide businesses in the UK with sound advice and guidance in the area of trade mark protection and intellectual property, including the registration of trademarks where necessary. Due to growth we are looking to recruit an additional advisor to join the team. This is an inbound role where you will handle enquiries from businesses across the UK.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming enquiries from business customers
Building relationships with customers
Discussing the services that are available and what would best suit the business
Processing the fees from clients
Managing the trademark registration process from start to finish
Providing an excellent level of customer service
Main skills and experience needed:
Experience of B2B sales or service, either inbound or outbound
Ideally of graduate level
Strong rapport building skills
A confident and professional telephone manner
An ability to learn quickly and grasp legal information
An ability to follow detailed processes and paperwork
Candidates will receive excellent benefits including 20 days holiday, free parking and uncapped bonus structure . Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
